Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged garments within 14 days.
Please note: refunds are not offered — eligible returns will be issued store credit valid for 12 months. If you’d like to exchange for a different size please let us know. How do I care for my garments?

Each piece comes with its own care guide, thoughtfully detailed on the wash tag inside the garment. Please follow these specific instructions to preserve the fabric, fit, and finish for years to come.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we ship exclusively within Australia. As we grow, we hope to extend Ianna Collection to women worldwide — join our mailing list to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

Do you have a physical store where I can try on the pieces?

Not at this time — Ianna Collection is exclusively available online for now. We do hope to welcome you into a physical space in the future. In the meantime, please refer to our detailed size chart to help you find your perfect fit, or reach out to us if you’d like personalised sizing guidance.
