Change of Mind
If you change your mind, we offer a store credit valid for 12 months, provided:
• Your return is lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The garment is returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us at admin@iannacollection.com as soon as possible. Once assessed and approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued.

Sale & Sample Items
• Sale items: All sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
• Sample items: All samples are sold as-is, with any faults disclosed at the time of purchase. By purchasing a sample, you accept its condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Exchanges
Due to limited stock availability, we are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. Instead, we will issue a store credit, allowing you to place a new order at your convenience.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the outcome:
• If approved, your store credit or refund (if applicable) will be processed within 2–5 business days.
• Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to decline returns that fall outside this policy or are received after the 14-day window. Declined returns will be shipped back to your delivery address at your expense.
